NASA announces the postponement of the launch of the Starliner space capsule until August 3

NASA announced the postponement of the launch of the Boeing Starliner space capsule to the International Space Station until August 3 after the orbital station went out of control briefly due to an unscheduled restart of Russian unit engines that joined the station recently.

The US network CNBC reported that the announcement to postpone the launch of the Starliner space capsule was a day before it was launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida aboard Lockheed Martin and Boeing's Atlas 5 rocket.

The previous test launch of the unmanned Starliner space capsule into orbit in 2019 ended with an almost catastrophic failure to dock with the space station.
